WHAT AFFECTS THE PRICE

We ask for full payment before we begin any project. Personalized work is made for one person and can't be resold if plans change, so payment upfront is how we protect the studio while still being able to hold your slot in the schedule.
Here's what that means in practice: your payment secures your place in the queue, but nothing gets engraved or painted until you've seen and approved your mockup. If the design isn't right at that stage, we'll revise it — and if you'd rather not go ahead at all, you get a full refund. Your money is only at risk once the work has actually started.
For bulk and corporate orders, we'll issue an invoice before production begins and can arrange bank transfer if that's easier than checkout.
Yes, as long as we haven't started. Cancel any time before you approve the mockup and we'll refund you in full. Once engraving or painting begins, the piece is permanent and can't be resold, so we can't offer a refund at that stage. If something's gone wrong on our end, tell us — we'll make it right.
Yes, we'd be happy to. Engraving on your own bottle is priced a little higher than on bottles bought from us, since we're taking on a piece we didn't source and can't replace if something goes wrong. Send us a photo and we'll quote you.
We'll ask you to sign a short waiver first. Glass is unpredictable, and we have no way of knowing how a bottle we didn't supply was made, stored or handled before it reached us. Bottles bought from our store are covered by us, so no waiver needed there.
We'll also give you an honest read before we start — there are surfaces we won't take on, like very thin glass, textured or painted bottles. If your bottle is irreplaceable, we'll tell you straight rather than gamble with it.
Often, yes — it depends on what's already booked that week. Rush orders are double the usual personalization fee, since it means moving other work around to fit you in. Message us with your date before you order and we'll tell you right away whether we can make it happen.
We deliver across Metro Manila and ship nationwide . Pickup is also available at office / warehouse. Personalized pieces are packed carefully, but let us know if it's going to an event and we'll add extra protection.
