Frequently asked questions
How long does personalization take?
Laser engraving and calligraphy are usually ready in 1–2 days. Hand-painted work, bulk orders and intricate designs take longer — message us with your event date and we'll confirm the schedule before you order.
Can I send my own design or logo?
Yes. Send it as PDF, SVG or high-resolution PNG. You can send it at hello@shopboozify.ph.
For logos, vector files give the cleanest result. If all you have is a photo or a screenshot, send it anyway and we'll tell you honestly whether it will reproduce well on glass.
Will I see it before you start?
Always. We send a digital mockup showing exactly how your text or artwork will sit on the bottle. Nothing gets engraved until you approve it.
What if I don't like the mock up?
No problem at all — just let us know what to change and we'll fix it. You get 2 FREE rounds of revisions, and honestly, we'd much rather tweak it a few times than have you settle for something you're not happy with. We won't touch the bottle until you say go, so take your time with this part. Once we start engraving, though, it's permanent — so it's worth a second look before you approve.
Can you engrave a bottle I already bought?
Yes, we'd be happy to. Engraving on your own bottle starts at ₱399.00, and you can drop it off or ship it to us at our store.
One thing we'll ask for: a short waiver before we begin. Glass is unpredictable — even with the right settings, a bottle can crack, and we have no way of knowing how a bottle we didn't supply was made, stored or handled before it reached us. The waiver just confirms you understand that risk. Bottles bought from our store are covered by us, so no waiver needed there.
We'll also give you an honest read before we start. There are surfaces we won't take on — very thin glass, textured or heavily embossed bottles, painted or ceramic finishes — because the odds aren't good enough. If your bottle is irreplaceable, we'll tell you straight rather than gamble with it.
Will the engraving wear off?
No. Laser engraving is cut into the glass itself, so it lasts as long as the bottle. Hand-painted work is sealed and durable, but treat it as a keepsake rather than something for the dishwasher.
Do you do bulk or corporate orders?
Yes — weddings, corporate gifts, entourage sets. Send us your quantity and date and we'll come back with a quote and a timeline.
Do you deliver?
We deliver across Metro Manila and ship nationwide via Gogo Express and J&T. Pickup is available at our store.
Can you rush an order?
Often, yes — it depends on what's already booked that week. Rush orders are double the usual personalization fee, since it means moving other work around to fit you in. Message us with your date before you order and we'll tell you right away whether we can make it happen.
